Shipping policy

We use standard ground shipping for the best value.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow one workday for processing & packing of orders.
During peak season (late Nov to early Jan) orders can take slightly longer to process.

Shipping costs:

Under EUR 75.- (Tax included) = 4.95
Over EUR 75.- (Tax included) = Free Standard Ground Shipping

Tax may be applied on the Shipping Cost.

After placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation / Receipt email within 30 minutes of submitting the order.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number one business day after your order ships.
